The "sheet" noose is one of the most comfortable nooses
that can be used. A bed sheet is torn down to size and rolled or folded small enough to fit the neck area.
Asher has the sheet tied around her neck with the knot in the back. A rope is then tied around the sheet behind the neck. |

When she air walks she can grip the front of the sheet
and lift herself up a little. This lets her hang but only allow as much pressure on her as
she wants. The fingers are also pressing the neck.
She can pull harder against the sheet noose and lift herself up higher to reduce the amount of pressure on her neck, if desired. |
