The full title is actually "CounterTerrorOPerationS (CTOPS) - Spoiling the Party" made by Roadkill Studio and released thru "Rue Morgue".

Synopsis
Two beautiful, but deadly, terrorists plan to disrupt a major charity event with a bloody massacre. But, CTOPS is on the case. The CTOPS agent
intercepts the terrorists at their hotel room. They attempt to distract him with their "assets", but he's there to do business. He dispatches each agent
with well-placed bullets to their girly parts. Head shots finish them off and the bodies are set up so the murders look like a run-of-the-mill sex crime.

Plot Summary
The plot is your typical set up... having a hit man taking out two female baddies scenario done here as a CTOPS agent played by Martin Chandler
who's job is to terminate with extreme prejudice two sexy terrorists played by Victoria and Kendra.
The action starts when Kendra is caught alone and off guard by Martin while waiting for Victoria who is in the bathroom finishing dressing up.
Kendra gives Martin the old let me give you some sex for my life routine... undressing herself till she's butt naked and tries to seduce him.
He doesn't buy and has his gun answer her favors by popping two rounds into one of her well formed breasts and soon after proceeds to put a
well placed one in her snatch!!! Finally he finished her off with a head shot.
Not long after, Victoria walks in to see she is now in a very bad situation. She tries to pull her gun on him, but soon finds out it's been already
been emptied by Martin. Then she tries the same stupid thing Kendra tried on Martin... dressing down to being naked on a coffee table and
spreading her self out in a very sexy pose as to say "lets get it on!!!" Martin replies by saying "Are you ready?" She replies and says "Ready!"
Then Martin pumps 5 rounds into Victoria's breasts... shocked and stunned she falls with her back onto the table into this great dying death
spasm's, barely clinging to life. Her dying moans and twitching gets Martin excited and so he decides to get in quickie before she expires.
He then is able to get off his jollies just as Victoria takes her last dying breath.
When done, Martin proceeds to pump extra rounds into both girls and stages the scene as a would be sex crime.

Review Summary
This is a great video that is packed with double the excitement having two great looking babes... Victoria Arnett and Kendra James who both
give great performances and if it weren't for some (mostly technical) gaffs this video should have been 10+++!!!
In the video there are things like blinking eyes when the babe is supposed to be dead, poor lighting in some shots, an edit issue or two, and
wound masking gaff before the first tit shot hits.
Apart from these few things... Victoria and Kendra really carry this film with their outstanding performances!!!
Kendra who plays the first victim gives us a well convincing death scene with her reactions to bullet hits and death throws after her
final head shot. The best segment in this was her "Pussy Shot" scene... low tech technique done with great effect!!! ...a must see!!!
Victoria not to be out done... gives us a great performance of her own... her coffee table death scene is also a must see!!!
Giving us great death moans a arching back and firm breasts pointing upward... and just enough twitching / moaning while getting the last
bang of her life.

With its great pussy shot scene... breast shots... and a sex to death scene makes it a !!! MUST HAVE !!!
